I didn’t want to give this hotel just a three, but more of a high-three, maybe 3.7 or 3.8, as it’s really not a bad place to stay. It does seem a little run-down and slightly old, but the rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were nice and very helpful with advice. There was also a complimentary buffet breakfast with many options. Location wise it’s about 25 minutes car ride to Pudong Airport. To Nanjing Pedestrian walkway was a bit further with public transport, around 1 hour and 30 minutes, but to be honest the public transport system is streamlined enough that it didn’t feel like that much of a bother. Price was reasonable.

Stayed there Dec 25 and Jan 25, worst hotel ever, mismanaged, manager sucks, he needs to read customer service for dummies book or something and please if you want to call yourself an "international hotel" put someone there who can communicate in English. Breakfast food was cold, tasteless. Their shuttle bus will make you wait at airport for couple hours before they show up. I had to take my own taxi even though I already paid for their shuttle service. If management really want to run it professionally get rid of your current manager. Didn't have any choice otherwise I wouldn't have even give this hotel 0 star.
