Shangri La Baotou

A good choice for a stay in Baotou. Service is really very friendly, not just at the front desk, there are also people that are in the lobby to show you the local cultural heritage to entertain while waiting. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and well maintained. The top floors offer a great view over the city and the mountains nearby. Just around the hotel there are many restaurants, bars and parks to spend time.

Love the service here. The food in the restaurant is very tasty! The room's design is old but everything is well maintained. Love the little things that new hotels no longer provide. Love to see how durable marbles are.

Room is clean, normal nothing much to comment. But would like to highlight their staffs at lobby and restaurant who really provide extreme good service to customers, helpful and take initiative to help. Thumbs up everyone 👍 The restaurant wise I really enjoy their variety of food, especially their dessert, love it :) location is next to shopping mall, night time if you have nothing to do there are simple night market downstairs as well.
