Shangri La Chiang Mai

AMAZING HOTEL!!! From start to finish the staff was from the best I’ve ever experienced! They upgrade us to a better room just because it was available that’s the kind of hotel they were always looking to help. From when we got there late at night they right away helped with luggage and sent it up to our room. Every time we arrived at the hotel through out our stay the staff was quick to take any bags and help us inside with a smile. When we’d leave they’d open the door and smile as well. The room was bigger than I expected and very CLEAN! They are super kid friendly, providing a crib, baby bath, baby shampoo and baby lotion. The staff smiled and said hello every time you passed them and were so friendly. My baby threw up in middle of the night and I called for a new crib and within 10 minutes I received it. The pool area is great it had a kid section and a really big swimming pool and slide to accommodate the many guests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I can and would definitely return.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. All staff were amazing. From the concierge service at the airport to check in and then the service and information around the hotel. The staff were out of this world. At check in we were offered an upgrade to horizon club which enables free lounge access to soft drinks and 5.30-7.30pm cocktails and snacks. The staff around the hotel were so friendly and helpful. They recommended some amazing restaurants and temples to visit. The hotel was clean and the best experience we have had on our travels

Great hotel. Rooms are very large and very nice. I saw some comments about the place being outdated, but it couldn't be more far from the truth - beautifully decorated rooms. The pool is top notch and the water slide is perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Very conveniently placed, just a 5 minutes walk from the night market
