Shangri La Dubai

We’re visiting from Canada and wow, just wow! This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The hotel and rooms are stunning and luxurious, but what truly sets apart this place is the staff. Every single person working at the hotel, from the valet, front desk, and house keeping staff are extremely friendly, professional and just incredible at what they do. Hospitality at its finest. 10/10 ⭐️ When we visit Dubai again, we will definitely stay here!

Lovely Property and Amazing Staff. The Shangri La Dubai is in an excellent and central location. Rooms are up to the highest 5 Star standards. Very modern and well equipped with everything one could desire. The staff make this hotel even better. I found everyone to be genuinely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make my experience extra special. Very well done! I will certainly come back in the near future.

Shangri-La is a wonderful Hotel. I have had the opportunity to stay and dine in several restaurants at the hotel which are all very good and unique in its own way. Despite it being an old tower, its maintained very well. The staff are highly professional and well trained, embodying the essence of world class service. One individual who stands out is a gentleman stationed at the main entrance named Mr. Khudaraham. His consistently positive, friendly, and professional demeanor leaves a lasting impression. His patience and dedication to customer service are truly commendable. Kudos to him and to the hotel management for retaining such exemplary staff who uphold the high standards and customer service values synonymous with the Dubai hospitality market.
