We wanted to benefit from the amenities of the resort while not being guest at the hotel. They propose a day pass for 110RM that allows one day at by the pools with towels. There is also a meal included : hot dogs with chips and soda. Not great but appreciated. Bottom line is we have spent a very nice day at the resort.

My husband and I celebrated our 8th anniversary at Golden Sands Resort, and it was an absolutely memorable experience! We were warmly welcomed with gifts, fresh fruits, a sweet anniversary card, and even a complimentary cake in our room. What truly touched us was the free room upgrade. we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. The best part was seeing our kids having a blast at the kids’ club and water slide. This resort is truly kids-friendly, with so many fun activities to keep children entertained. Breakfast was great too, with a wide variety of tasty options. Thank you, Golden Sands, for such a special and unforgettable stay. We’ll definitely return!

Recently had the pleasure of staying at your resort and would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the overall experience. The hospitality and attentiveness of the staff were truly commendable, making our stay welcoming and enjoyable. Additionally, the variety and quality of the food offered across your outlets were impressive and catered well to diverse tastes. That said, I would like to share a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Room Service Menu: The current in-room dining options are quite limited. It would greatly enhance guest convenience and satisfaction to expand the menu with more diverse selections, especially for late-night or light meals. 2. On-Premises Convenience Store: A small cold store or convenience shop within the premises would be highly beneficial for guests to purchase essential items, snacks, or drinks without leaving the property. 3. Furniture Renovation: While the room was comfortable, some of the furnishings appeared worn and in need of updating to better match the high standards of the hotel. 4. Noise Control Policy: On several nights, noise levels in the corridors and surrounding areas were noticeably high after 10 p.m., which disrupted our rest. Implementing and enforcing a quiet hours policy would be greatly appreciated by guests seeking a peaceful stay. 5. Smoking Areas: It was observed that some guests were smoking in non-designated areas, including hallways and balconies. We recommend clearer signage and stricter enforcement of a designated smoking area policy to ensure a more comfortable environment for all guests. And perhaps to add another area for smoking in the hotel lobby Thank you once again for the warm hospitality. I hope my feedback will be taken positively as a means to enhance the guest experience even further. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.
