Shangri La Hefei

I stayed here for 2 nights in June. I quite like this hotel. The hotel looks new, beautiful, the room is also nice and clean. The staff, although not speaking English well, are friendly. The breakfast buffet area is quite spacious and has many dishes.

Cheaper than the Hilton and Sheraton and a bit nicer in my opinion. This place also is the only one out of the three that is walking distance from good restaurants and huge shopping centers and bars. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Wifi login is room number and password is the last name. If your last name doesn't work, try your first name. I'd suggest staying here when you visit Hefei.

Rooms haven't reno8for a very long time, seems like an old age luxury hotel, the staff don't know how to speak in English at all, it is outrageous to call the reception and they don't understand the 99% of English speaking, the room service poor and with no response, after 11:30pm you can't have a drink as long the whole hotel is going down to silent mode 😡😡😡😡😡😡
