My stay at your hotel was absolutely exceptional! 🌟 From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and outstanding professionalism. The room was spotless, well-organized, and had a breathtaking sea view. 🌊 Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and every staff member I met was friendly and extremely helpful. 🫶 I highly recommend Shangri-La to anyone looking for comfort and luxury — I will definitely be coming back!

Stands out grandly next to sister hotel, Traders Hotel. Beautifully decorated corridors that lead to the rooms which can be converted into a 2 room suite. Bathrooms in red marble showed opulence in its time. All amenities are plush, beds very comfortable. Buffet dinner had a select spread of cuisine, catering to Middle Eastern, Asian and Western palates. Quality food. Night view from pool was mesmerizing!

Wonderful stay. The hotel is an example of a contemporary five star hotel. There is an Abra tour of the hotel free for guests which is on a first come basis which I recommend. The TV does have youtube but the walls in the room are not soundproof despite this being an old hotel. Service was top notch. There is a cigar lounge in the lobby. Breakfast was the best however their pastries and desserts could be way better than they were. The beach was beautiful with fish however be advised when swimming as there are jellyfish. Beware of construction noise.
