My stay at Shangri-La Dubai was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to two exceptional staff members, Anselm and Khodarahm. Their hospitality was truly out of this world; warm, genuine, and beyond what I’ve experienced anywhere else. They didn’t just make me feel welcome, they made me feel at home. What impressed me most was their local knowledge. They shared fantastic tips on where to find affordable souvenirs and daily goods, as well as hidden gems to explore while avoiding the crowds. Their care and attention turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. Shangri-La is lucky to have them I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely Property and Amazing Staff. The Shangri La Dubai is in an excellent and central location. Rooms are up to the highest 5 Star standards. Very modern and well equipped with everything one could desire. The staff make this hotel even better. I found everyone to be genuinely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make my experience extra special. Very well done! I will certainly come back in the near future.

Shangri-La is a wonderful Hotel. I have had the opportunity to stay and dine in several restaurants at the hotel which are all very good and unique in its own way. Despite it being an old tower, its maintained very well. The staff are highly professional and well trained, embodying the essence of world class service. One individual who stands out is a gentleman stationed at the main entrance named Mr. Khudaraham. His consistently positive, friendly, and professional demeanor leaves a lasting impression. His patience and dedication to customer service are truly commendable. Kudos to him and to the hotel management for retaining such exemplary staff who uphold the high standards and customer service values synonymous with the Dubai hospitality market.
