Probably the best 5* hotel in Manzhouli with proper 5* finishes and detailing to international standard Excellent location in the city Service not up to other Shangri-la standard but good compare with the local hotels
1. I could not meet any top management member. This is quite contrary to my experience in other Shangri-la hotels. This is the sixth Shangrila hotel I stay this year. A little disappointment. 2. I found pricing too high for a low season. I just wonder how much is the charge for the tour group. 3. Otherwise, all the staff are very courteous and efficient. I should mention particularly Peter Li, full of initiative and most helpful. Justin Li also was helpful.
