Nice hotel by the seaside. Rooms are medium sized. Breakfast is good for both western and asian standards. Staff is super polite and can speak very good English.
The experience is good in general, two minor problems: 1. The service in the Chinese restaurant (Qin) is not super. There is no one around during the whole lunch (around 12:45 pm) and we have to call loudly for help. 2. The carpet near the elevator on the first floor and second floor are stained, need to change.
New, clean hotel. Appallingly horrible customer service! Locked down hotel on my departure day for a marathon and offered zero options for checking out. I had to change hotels, but discovered a much better one.
