Shangri La Resort

Our time at Shangri-La Resort was simply awesome! The accommodations and hotel rooms were amazing and beautiful. We especially loved the pool area and outdoor bar. The highlight of the trip was the amazing golf courses. As avid players we were simply in awesome of how well maintained and beautiful the courses were. Ryan on the pro shop was a great host who took the time to talk to us each day, explain the courses, and the other awesome offerings at the club house. If you are a golfer, I highly recommend a stay!

This place was lovely to stay at. I would recommend staying two or more nights. It has something for everyone. Am amazing golf course Spa/massage options (only open certian days) I large outdoor poor that has multiple spaces and can be enjoyed by all ages. Indoor pool & gym An arcade. Sports courts Boat hire (this property is on a lake/River)

This is in regards to the hotel and the front desk only. I have visited this resort multiple times for various reasons from personal to work to conference during high season and low. The front desk staff has continually been the thorn in what should be a fine experience. Delivery and tact can go a long way. Most guests are happy to wait or be patient especially if you’ve worked in customer service, but delivery and tonality could go a long way here.
