Beautiful and spacious room, smells nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offers many choices, but lunch option is quite limited. Central location, close to museum, shops, restaurants. Walkable to Dukezong old town. Special thanks to Ms Becky who helped with the bookings, transport, and overall made the stay more convenient. Would love to come back.
Good hotel in Shangri-La. There is an oxygen room if you need it. The lighting in the rooms a bit dark though. Maybe intentional, but our tour guide suggested against copulation due to high altitude and low oxygen levels, hahaha. The 3D art installation in my room was made of cloth and is full of dust... my luggage lock spoiled and I requested help from a hotel staff. He was good and refused any tip.
Great service from Becky (who helped us with booking onward train tickets) and Rose from the front desk team; beautiful lobby. Rooms were good (rem to use the humidifiers), and oxygen room was appreciated. Restaurant food and service could be improved
