Shangri La Sanya

Very good hotel, with staff keen to impress. Kids entertainment was good, however didnt like having to pay extra for kids day time activities e.g. I expect a kids club to be included in the room price. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Shangri-La better than when I stayed at the nearby Atlantis.

Family friendly 5 star resort. Three restaurants onsite. Club lounge experience excellent with attentive staff and remarkably good food. Found on the same road with at least a dozen other options but have no hesitation recommending this resort. Finally the gardens are immaculate and a morning sunrise walk a must. Kids facilities top notch with part free and part paid for activities. There also a small animals enclosure and climbing wall.

One of the big hotels in Haitang bay, Sanya. The place is well decorated and the room is spacious and well equipped. The facilities are also good. The breakfast has various international menus. The only problem is when the hotel is crowded, it will be too noisy.
