Shangri La Singapore

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore with our family. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Its location is excellent, and the daily shuttle to Orchard Road made getting around so easy. One of the best features for families is Splash, a fun mini water park that our kids absolutely loved. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was fantastic—highly recommended, especially for families with children!

We recently held our wedding banquet at Shangri-La Hotel, and it was truly a dream come true. From the planning stages months ago to the very last moment of our special day, the service was impeccable and exceeded all our expectations. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care gave us full confidence that we were in the best hands. You helped turn our vision into reality, and we are so grateful. Your warm hospitality and efficiency ensured everything flowed perfectly, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment with our loved ones. To the outstanding Culinary team – Chef Chong Wei Heng, Chef Thomas Wong, Choo Yow Thin, Ng Wai Hoe, Lee Keng Soon, Foong Kuen Ying, and Wang Ji Wei – thank you for the exquisite dining experience. The dishes were not only beautifully presented but absolutely delicious. We received countless compliments from our guests who were full of praise for the food – many said it was one of the best wedding meals they’ve ever had! Thank you, Shangri-La, for making our wedding day so memorable. The level of care, quality, and excellence we experienced is something we will always cherish. We highly recommend Shangri-La to any couple looking for the perfect wedding venue.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were attentive and helpful. Staff were polite and greeted everyone with bright welcoming smiles. The hospitality was gentle and not forceful. Great place for family with all the kids activities such as indoor playground, pool and bakery lessons that you can sign up for.
