Perfect and spacious accommodation with all the amenities you can possibly think. Bonus : hairdryers are top quality so if you have long hair it s problem free. Gym good pool 🏊 good breakfast good and mainly westernized
Bathroom of one of the rooms we booked was not cleaned post our first night of stay. Trash can was not cleared and no replacement of used towels. Also there was no replenishment of used toiletries. Other than this, room is spacious and breakfast has good variety.
Shangri La needs an entirely new renovation or proper upkeeping to be even qualified for 5 stars. the room is so old that it has a musky smell and i can see dust lined up on the ceiling lighting and cupboards. Pillows provided are like low-grade pillows that sink in all the way despite having 3 pillows piled up. when dining at the restaurant for my breakfast, i had 5 mosquito bites and the hotel staff merely replied that the staffs often have bites too. in-room dining service stops at 10pm sharp. When i requested for hot water at 10.07pm, they said no because it's past 10pm. customer service level is really poor.
