I recently had an excellent experience traveling with my two daughters from the United States to Sydney for a ten-day stay. I would like to extend my gratitude for the exceptional service provided throughout our visit. The location of the accommodations was outstanding, and the quality of service was exemplary. The staff, including managers and concierges, demonstrated a high level of friendliness and attentiveness, which greatly contributed to a positive atmosphere during our stay. I strongly recommend this establishment, particularly for families. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. I appreciate all of your assistance, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Had a 13 night stay here and it’s honestly the best hotel that I have stayed in ever. The breakfast options are VAST, staff are incredibly approachable and friendly and the room was so comfortable. The restaurants serve delicious food and in-room dining is just as yummy. The spa is so calming and serene and the fact that they have wide treatment beds is a huge plus in my eyes. If you plan to treat yourself by staying here, you won’t regret it.

I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney and overall had a great experience. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the service throughout the hotel was friendly, and the buffet was excellent. The location is unbeatable with absolutely stunning views of the harbour. That said, a couple of things let it down, room service was disappointing (I didn’t even end up ordering because a bowl of chips was going to take 40 minutes), and both the pool and spa were unfortunately cold, which was a letdown for a hotel of this standard. Still, I’d consider staying again for the buffet, views and location alone.
