First day in, the breakfast buffet is definitely a must go. The service was amazing, specially thanks to the lady Annie Li. She was very nice to observe our needs!
Bedroom is generally ok but aircon doesn't really work so was too hot, some tv channels reception were bad. Standing shower room needs cleaning.
Unpleasant stay in the Shangri-La Hotel Main issue is the noise level in evening / night Street works every night from 10 PM to 5 AM since couple of week Room fridge and neighbour are noisy too Adding grist to the mill, client service is very good if you don't have any expectations Room TV is was surely very good for 2010, but is not at the standard in 2025. Cigarette smells on the gym Buffet food is not fresh / not well cooked
