I absolutely loved this hotel!! The best part was Dean, the concierge. He is truly incredible! The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located. The rooms are very spacious and quiet, with very comfortable beds. The hotel is amazing, but the best part is the service. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I was so sad to leave. I truly cannot wait to stay here again!!

Two nights down, one to go, and honestly, I’m not ready to leave tomorrow! 😂 We’ve absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room itself is spacious and elegant, but what truly makes the experience exceptional is the attention to detail from the staff. From the moment we arrived, everything has felt seamless and welcoming. The entire team is so kind and thoughtful, and they genuinely go out of their way to make you feel cared for. One small example that meant a lot to me: the housekeeping team noticed I kept reaching for the hotel’s chamomile tea, and they kindly left a few extra for me. It’s a small gesture, but it shows just how attentive they are. Also, if you’re staying here, don’t miss the afternoon tea (such a lovely and relaxing experience) and the gym is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Beautiful space, great equipment, and everything you need for a proper workout. In short, I couldn’t recommend this place more. 🥰

Dropped in at the lobby for a relaxing cup of coffee today between my meetings and had a great experience. I would like to recognize the server Ernesto. He was friendly, professional, and took such good care to ensure I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee break.! This excellent client service experience mustn’t go unnoticed… Please ensure Ernesto is recognized amongst his peers! I will certainly be back, perhaps for high tea with some friends in the very near future all thanks to this exceptional experience today!
