Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa

Had spent two days at the resort. But for minor hiccups during check in, overall experience was awesome. Very high standards of customer orientation and focus. Property as such is very very beautiful. Well maintained.

I recently stayed at a magnificent resort in Mauritius with my wife, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is peaceful, the surroundings are stunning, and everything feels designed for complete relaxation. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and cared for. The facilities are spotless and well maintained, the food and breakfast is delicious with a wide variety to choose from especially with the beautiful view, we have tried all the four restaurants which were amazing and strangely recommended to try them, and the beachfront location is simply breathtaking. It's the perfect place to slow down, enjoy the scenery, and recharge. A special mention goes to Amal, a staff member who made my stay extra special, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests really stood out. Whether it was offering helpful tips, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, or simply greeting me with a friendly smile, Amal made me feel like more than just a guest. At the same time, I would also like to thank the entire resort team as well as the manager for their welcoming hospitality and friendly service throughout my stay. Every staff member contributed to creating such a warm and relaxing atmosphere, which truly made the experience unforgettable. 5 stars – Amazing stay at Shanti Maurice! A very beautiful and stylish resort. The rooms are spacious and well-designed — we especially loved the ground floor suites with direct beach access. Waking up to that ocean view right from the bed was unforgettable! The spa area is top-notch, the kids club is fun and well-organized, and the food throughout our stay was delicious. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Compared to other 5-star hotels we’ve visited, Shanti Maurice stands out for its perfect balance of quality and price — amazing value for what you get. Minor downside: the beach isn’t ideal for swimming, with a small designated area and rocks exposed at low tide. But the scenery is still absolutely gorgeous, especially for photos. Highly recommended!
