It was a great, relaxing holiday. The hotel is beautiful, located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. The yoga pavilion was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the morning meditation and yoga classes there. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The food was amazing - healthy, fresh and varied. The service was excellent — everyone was really friendly and helpful. The yoga classes were wonderful and well adapted to all levels. Many thanks to Kasia and Nathalie — I truly enjoyed their classes and the additional activities like breathwork and sound healing. I will definitely return one day.

Absolutely wonderful and breathtaking stay. My only wish was I wanted to stay for longer! It was just truly magical. The friendly team made it perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. So attentive. Treatments were great and I have come away with some good advice. The morning meditation and yoga was very enjoyable. Highly recommend and would love to come back one day!

I did a detox for 7 days. It was both a mental and physical reset which was exactly what I wanted to achieve. The juicing was straight forward, and the staff were very discreet and made it so simple to follow. The treatments are very professional. If you are going to simply be there and relax, the food is exceptional and there are many activities if you choose to enrol in them. Bravo from the taxi service that collected me from the airport - to the reception, the day to day staff. Absolutely fabulous.
