Worst receptionist staff ever ... they dont smile . Asking for so many docents and requirements everytime ... last 20 years i used to visit them .. but this year its totally changed to be the worst ... them manager doesnt have etiquette. And he is not supposed to work in hotels .. Worst place ... Dont start your day there You can see them rating has been decreased last month from 4.2 to 3.9

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations, particularly due to the poor service at the reception and the overall quality of service throughout the hotel. The reception staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming, which left a very negative impression. I believe that such service does not reflect the standard that should be expected from a hotel of your name and reputation. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your service quality and staff training to provide guests with the experience they deserve.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sharjah Palace Hotel. The management is extremely unprofessional, and the General Manager, Mr. Ashraf Massadeh, is not helpful at all. The way they treat their employees is unfair and unacceptable. On top of that, the overall service quality is poor. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they improve their management and customer service standards.
