Sharm Plaza Hotel

Pure 10 in all segments really. I don't understand people saying something bad about this hotel. Service is amazing, everyone is super helpful and accommodating. The rooms are amazing with a great view. The hotel is a resort, it is like a small city that has everything inside , stores, restaurants, pools are amazing. A lot of activities in the hotel. Food is one of the best in all hotels around Sharm, if someone complains about food I wonder what you eat at home. There are snacks everywhere, food choices are great, many different types of food and drinks, all free! We would definitely come back here again.

I stayed at the hotel for seven days — a wonderful and peaceful place, perfect for families. The staff were helpful and cheerful, responding to every request immediately. The sea feels like a natural aquarium — you swim while surrounded by fish. The swimming pool is great, and the service is excellent. The room was cleaned daily — thank you very much. I stayed in room 1203. I don’t remember the name of the room cleaner, but he was very trustworthy and responded to all my requests. To the restaurant staff — thank you! You were truly helpful and always smiling. This definitely won’t be my last visit. What I noticed is that the manager is always present and personally handles everything. Thank you for all your efforts. It was a wonderful and peaceful vacation. One last thing — there were no pushy vendors trying to force you to buy something or take a service on the beach. The beach service was excellent too, and the staff there were also amazing and cheerful, responding to every request right away. Thank you to Roxana, the receptionist who welcomed me — thank you very, very much!

We recently stayed at Sharm Plaza as a family of three (myself, my mother, and my father), and honestly, we were a bit skeptical at first due to the very affordable price. However, we were absolutely surprised in the best way possible and had a fantastic vacation! The resort offers everything you could ask for: several beautiful pools, easy access to the sea, and incredible snorkeling right from the beach. The coral reef is stunning and full of life — definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Whether you want to relax by the pool or explore underwater, the resort has you covered. The staff were consistently kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Everyone from the reception to the restaurant and the animation team made sure we were comfortable and having a good time. As for the food, it was actually quite decent. Of course, it’s not gourmet fine dining, but there was always a good variety of dishes, and we never left a meal feeling unsatisfied. For the price we paid, the food was definitely more than acceptable. Another great aspect was the entertainment. Every day there were multiple events, shows, and activities organized by the animation team, which added a lot of fun and atmosphere to the resort. Whether you wanted to participate or simply watch, there was always something going on. In short, we had a really great holiday. Sharm Plaza offered much more than we expected, especially for the price. The combination of the beautiful location, excellent snorkeling, friendly staff, and a full program of entertainment made this a truly enjoyable and relaxing family vacation.
