Sharon Hotel and Apartment

Stayed here for 6 days & it was fantastic! The location is perfect - a short 5 minute walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants very close by! The staff is very friendly too! The rooms are extremely spacious & have everything you’d need. They provide daily bottled water & there is also a jug in the lobby for if you need to fill up a reusable bottle. The value for price is unmatched! Would highly recommend staying here !

Sharon Hotel & Apartment delivers where it matters most: location. It’s a stone’s throw from the beach and surrounded by plenty of local eateries tailored to international tastes—ideal for travelers who want a balance of cultural immersion with familiar comforts. The room? Impressive in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. Whether due to recent renovations or meticulous maintenance, the space feels fresh and well cared-for—easily a cut above what’s typical in the area. That said, although I booked a Deluxe King Studio listed at 40 m² (431 ft²), it felt noticeably more compact. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting if space is a top priority. The front desk isn’t manned 24/7, which could be inconvenient for some, but communication via WhatsApp was smooth and responsive. The staff member I connected with was helpful and quick to reply, which helped bridge the gap. One oddly overlooked detail: the bathroom sink mirror is awkwardly offset. It makes daily grooming a bit of a challenge unless you enjoy playing "find your reflection." Overall, Sharon Hotel & Apartment offers a comfortable and convenient stay with only minor quirks. For the price and the location, it's a strong contender—just maybe pack a handheld mirror. LASTLY, supremely loud construction to back of hotel, it happens between 6:30am till 8pm daily. Mangement not disclosing at time of booking.

Five plus days straight with construction on two sides of the building as of March 19, 2025. Starts early and goes late. There is a makeshift construction site directly behind the building. A detailed review posted on booking app. The gist, its a comfortable suite. Shower is great, mattress was decent, air con is solid and quiet and location is good as it's close to the ocean and it's quiet at night as there are no nightclubs nearby. The kitchen however has almost nothing provided outside of the fridge, microwave and kettle. I'm not sure why people mention a spa? There is no spa. It's the cleaners laundry room with one table that is covered in sheets and towels otherwise it's a big janitorial room. Besides, there are dozens of spas in the immediate area.
