The service was disappointing—my room wasn’t cleaned for two days. The window had no view, and the hotel felt old. However, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet.

My stay here was a terrible experience. There were no hotel staff, only Bengali workers who kept the hotel extremely dirty. Despite numerous complaints at the reception, nobody bothered to address the issue. Our rooms were cleaned only once every three days, despite multiple requests to get them cleaned.The hotel was disappointing as the rooms were dirty and the bathroom was leaky and stinky. It seemed like they were more concerned with filling the rooms to capacity than providing a clean and comfortable stay for their guests. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.The Bangali cleaning staff at the hotel had developed a habit of demanding tips from guests and only cleaning the rooms of those who complied. This behavior had turned into a form of begging as they had become reliant on the extra income. It was a disappointing and unprofessional attitude for staff members to have and left guests feeling uncomfortable and frustrated with the situation. Something needed to be done to address the issue and encourage a more positive work ethic amongst the team. I strongly advise against choosing this place as your accommodation, even if it comes at no cost. The quality of services and conditions here are so poor that it is not worth the inconvenience or discomfort. You're better off finding alternative options that offer better amenities and customer support. Trust me, staying here will only lead to disappointments and regret.

They dont good speed wifi, its like 256 KB/s. No regular cleaning. Also the hotel interior is not as pictured. Its pretty old standards. No coffee machine. Only one charging port in the entire room also no charging port in bathroom for trimmers. Overall the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my entire life.
