Shared with a friend. We had a family room which was great as we had a room each. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. It had a separate shower and bath. My room had a little fridge. The food was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there for dancing for the whole weekend It was fabulous. Toilets in public areas were very clean.
Lovely hotel with great service, the staff are very helpful and the food in the restaurant was lovely. Plenty of parking, good gym and sauna facilities. Rooms are very comfortable but tired in some places, chipped furniture and can get very warm as there is no air con. Overall a great place to stay.
We liked the hotel. Rooms were spotless. The leisure centre is lovely as are the staff. The only negative was the breakfast. We arrived down early both mornings. It was very quiet in the dining area. The food could have been hotter in the bain marie. We had to wait a while for fried eggs so our breakfast was finished when they arrived. The rest of the cold buffet was amazing. We will return here. It's a great location in Ballinasloe.
