Beautiful hotel, the staff were very friendly and made sure everything was taken care of for us. The breakfast was delicious and even though we had to check out early for a tour we were able to store our bags there during the day while we did it. The room itself was very spacious and the bed really comfortable, plus the room ready had air conditioning on when we arrived which was a wonderful surprise after coming from the heat of the day. Highly recommend this place if you're travelling and wanting some luxury for a good price

I stayed here after a 27 hour flight and everything was more than amazing. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, the sitting area was peaceful. I will definitely be back. Also the wonder beautiful Pooh was amazing ever step of the way

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been. First of all, the staffs are friendly and sweet but cannot communicate well. What’s worst is that the reception was not attended for many times. The staffs were using phone, not paying attention, for example, I left my key at the reception before I went out, when I was back, nobody was at the reception and the key was just there unattended. If someone snatched it and got access to the guest’s room and their properties, who will take responsibility for it? And the breakfast is unreasonable for the price charged, limited menu, taking time and the staff didn’t understand the order. I only ate once during 4 days I spent there.
