Good service generally for hotel in area. Beds comfortable and coffee/tea supplied in room. Buffet is mediocre, however. Limited choice and space.

Would not recommend! We are a family of five. Since there were no five-person rooms, the hotel offered us a triple room with two additional beds, and we agreed. They confirmed in advance it would be arranged. When we arrived, the room was only set up for three people: – 2 blankets, – 1 small towel, – toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrushes) for 3. We checked in at 15:17 and immediately called reception to request the extra beds. Nothing happened. We called again later — still nothing. Third call at 17:47, and we were met with a rude question: “Indi yatacaqsınız ki?” (“You’re going to sleep already?”) — Excuse me, that’s none of your business. I’ve been traveling, I’m exhausted, and I have nowhere to sleep. 10–20 minutes later, a different staff member called to ask if we had received the beds. We said no and explained the situation. He promised they would be brought "right now." But between 17:47 and 19:00 — nothing happened. At 19:00 we went to reception ourselves — that was our fourth attempt — and finally, at 19:06, a female manager personally brought two heavy foldable beds. Not the staff. At the front desk, we were told: “Sorry, we are fully booked. A large group of Chinese tourists just arrived.” We asked: “So you’re prioritizing foreign guests over locals?” They didn’t deny it directly. But if you can’t handle the guest load, then don’t overbook. And don’t promise services you clearly can’t deliver. Also: – No trash removal — we had to buy our own bags and take it out ourselves. – We ordered food in advance by phone — when we arrived to pick it up, nothing was prepared. – No customer service — while Chinese guests received full attention. Very disappointing experience. We will never return.

Everyone be aware of some facts of this restaurant. There are scam in this restaurant. Today we were there they charged us and after the samething they charged they charge us again. This is the fact.
