since we arrived from the airport the receptionist greeted us with extreme kindness and offered us free coffee and a bottle of water then escorted us to the room, when we entered the room there was water, tea, coffee and biscuits provided free of charge by the hotel and there was a secret safe in the hotel and the beds were clean and in the bathroom there was shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, clean big and small towels and slippers and the room was air conditioned. Thank you for the day I stayed in your hotel, I recommend everyone to stay in it it is close to the airport about 10 minutes and there are many restaurants and markets nearby. In short, a hotel with excellent service

I had a terrible experience. Staff was rude in the morning. It’s all good until you pay and make. Reservation. I ‘m handicapped and I need to lue down until my next flight the day after. I asked if I could check out late so that I optimize my time sitting on the spine at the airport. I chacked in late 2:30 am and before reservation they confirmed that I could stay until 1 pm instead of 12 pm. At 12:10 pm I called and asked to leave the room. I said I was handicapped and planed accordingly as I agreed before reservation. Despite my handicap and difficulties, they wanted to kick me off. It’s rude, disrespectful and confortable. There was a stain on one of the cushion as well. The room was supposed to be non smoking but it was smelly. I opened the window but you can hear flights passing by; it’s quite noisy and loud.
