Shenbaga Hotel and Convention Centre

The rooms, service and the experience was good. But the complimentary breakfast could have been better. It wasn’t bad but similar 4 star hotels do much better at providing variety of breakfast with authentic taste. We stayed for 2 days and paid 4K per night. Since we booked early (booked by calling the hotel itself and paying advance), and even though the prices were less on the day of booking, we weren’t offered the current day’s rates which i found was not proper. Other than that everything else is fine.

Stay was awesome. Room was clean and well maintained. Swimming pool was maintained well and had a watchman to look after if you are using the right kind of clothes. It had a full house of breakfast with lots of option. Had a small gym Spa service Changing rooms before and after swimming Ambience was beautiful Overall a comfortable stay

It's a well known and good hotel, the service and staff were very prompt and efficient. The food was excellent, loved their breakfast buffet as well as their in room dining. The room can be a bit mushy sometimes, but rest everything else is super!
