Shenzhen Blossom Dreams Hotel

Quiet, clean, good breakfast. Very good place for business travel in Shenzhen / Shajing area.

The building looks good, but there are few major problems management should correct immediately. 1. The most important, the AC is very inefficient. it takes almost 5-6 hrs to make the room to decent cool, but by then we will be out of the room in many cases. if we go out the AC turn off, if we get in we need to manually turn on the AC other wise it will never get on. 2. There should be atleast one English speaking staff, very difficult to convey our problems. they dont even understand basic words. 3. Breakfast varieties should be more of continental, only Chinese except fruits. 4. Staff should be trained on how to handle customer, they dont bother to attend customer, they are not rude but they dont care. 5. Too much of noise from neighboring rooms, the rooms are not sound protected. This in turn disturb our sleep. 6. The temp of hot water for bath is less and not good enough those who love hot water bath. temp will not be beyond 40degC. 7. Location is good and the gym is excellent. which are not a big deal to consider with the above problems.

Booked for 2 days during my visit at Shenzhen. Unpleasant treatment from reception during check in, long face and seems not responsive. Asked about the promotion which we saw at the entrance of the hotel and received a rude feedback from one of the reception (2018-12-25) 3PM. Overall hotel cleanliness and environment is fine.
