Shenzhen O Hotel

I recently stayed at the Shenzhen Lido Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. Located in a convenient area, it's close to the Luohu Commercial City and within easy access to public transportation, making it ideal for shopping or business. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, and the hotel offered all the basic amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. I was especially pleased with the level of cleanliness, which was consistently good throughout my stay. However, the decor felt a bit dated, and I think the rooms could benefit from a modern refresh. The staff was courteous and helpful, although some of them had limited English proficiency, which could be challenging for international travelers. Still, they made every effort to assist, especially with directions and recommendations for local spots. Breakfast was a mix of Western and Chinese options, but the selection could be improved. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, which was nice to see. As i am indian but there is no indian food avaible so need to improve breakfast service. Overall, Shenzhen Lido Hotel offers great value for the location and is a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers. With a few upgrades to the rooms and improved breakfast offerings, it could be an even better experience.

Fantastic experience. The food is fabulous and left a memorable experience. I especially recommend the chiu chow food there. It was extremely authentic and tasty. The staff was extremely helpful with arranging my room and meeting my needs. The room was simple and clean. My family was also extremely pleased with their overall experience. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family. There is nothing more that you can ask for at this price point.

It’s a great location but there’s bad attitude from the customer service disk, this Hotel don’t have air conditioning and on their website clearly says they have air conditioning. However, when I checked in they took 309 RMB deposit and got only 286 deposit back when I checked out, I asked why they said this is our policy, looks to me a scam tbh. I approached the reception. To cancel the booking and been told no refund allowed. The only nice people in this Hotel the cleaner she has been very helpful, if you like a cold hotel this is the one for you
