Shera Inn Hotel

The hotel building is beautiful, although old and in dire need of maintenance. The marble pillar at the main entrance was slapped with a bunch of duct tapes to tie them together - not sure what they want to achieve. The lobby is small with only 2 sofas. The room is okay, nice size but again, everything is old. As for a view to the front side of the hotel and on the high floor, you'll have a beautiful mountain view greeted you in the morning. Breakfast is bad, and I mean, it's really bad. There's nothing I could eat or nothing that looks appetizing so I ended up just taking the fresh fruits. The only thing that I love about this hotel is the location. You'll easily find whatever you need in walking distance. Grocery store, money exchange, liquor shop, fruit shop, salon, barber, cafes, and restaurants, are all within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Very poor service. Firstly, there was a person sleeping in the room when we checked in. The hotel staffs have not bothered to checkout the previous guest before giving the room to us. AC does not work. The people at the reception don't know how to communicate. Breakfast spread is very less and not upto the mark for a 4-star hotel. Would recommend to avoid this hotel.

I gave this hotel one star , for a stain , they charge me 15,000 tenge , water cut off twice for a significant time , no water to toilets and no water for shower, small pool had issues with discharging water , also, broken table and they have to install it while you are there, bidet in the picture but does not work when we went there, last but not least , breakfast is very moodest to say the least. Never going back again . Staff were resposive and good
