If not the best, one of the best hotels in Anchorage. The service was great, nice people everywhere you look, all the interactions were perfect, very helpful, zero nonsense. The room was all you can expect, clean, cozy, bright. The bed and pillows were up to standard and so comfy. It's just within a very short walking distance to downtown but not in the middle of it. They have a nice snack room and the environment in the lounge is decorated nicely so it makes you wanna spend time there. Loved it!
I enjoyed my stay here mainly because the front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. Esteban and Lyn are fantastic! It’s an older Sheraton but it’s still very nice, comfortable and doesn’t smell funny. Looks nice inside, beds are comfortable and it was clean. This is better than most hotels in Alaska. Location is good, it’s quiet. I’d absolutely stay here again, especially since my experience with the staff was so good.
Lyn and Ann were wonderful at the front desk; amazing customer service. They made our stay magical with a king room on the last floor and treating us to free cookies! They were our first impression of this hotel and it is one that will last.
