We stayed at this hotel with our family and absolutely loved everything. The service was excellent, and everything was top-notch. A special thanks to Aigerim at the reception — she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this place!
Wonderful Hotel with great SPA facilities. The staff is outstanding! Especially Miss A. who was working at the Concierge Desk. She really went above and beyond to help me organize various activities!
I only stayed one night but had a pleasant stay. The staff at the reception were very friendly, bed was very comfortable and the location of the hotel is great. The Sheraton Club has a beautiful and elegant room where breakfast is served, however, I thought that the buffet options were pretty average. The staff at the Sheraton Club were extremely friendly.
