Wonderful Stay at Sheraton Baku Intourist. I had an amazing stay at Sheraton Hotel Baku, located right across from the Baku Eye and the stunning Caspian Sea—a perfect spot for both relaxation and sightseeing. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the Old City, Flame Towers, and the Crescent Bay promenade. The sea-facing views from the room were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. From the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. A big shoutout to their hospitality! One of the standout experiences was the food—each meal was a delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of local and international dishes, all fresh and full of flavor. Their in-house restaurant and terrace dining were also worth trying. The hotel’s overall ambiance strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and classic charm. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers a memorable experience. Highly recommended if you're visiting Baku and looking for comfort, great service, and a spectacular view!

Visited June 2025 Overlooking the bay with fabulous views of the city and the largest national flag in the world, this smart, contemporary, luxury hotel is ideal for enjoying Baku's sights. Our third floor, sea view room had all the amenities one would expect from a hotel with this star rating. The communal areas were equally smart, with a restaurant and bar fitting of the environment. We cannot think of a staff member who didn't give first class service with a smile - a credit to the hotel. Loved our stay.

Although for some the location is not too close to the centre . I found it very convenient for me. As I would enjoy walking towards the centre or just to cross the road to the boulevard . I enjoyed the sea view breakfast and the variety of food selections. The room is clean , standard, and services and is excellent, too. Other facilities like spa and fitness room are small but do the job .Staff are welcoming and helpful.
