I had an exceptional here. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. What truly stood out was the arrangement they did for my birthday.It's rare to find service this thoughtful and consistent. The staff here deserve top stars for their service and hospitality 👏 I highly recommend Sheraton Bali Kuta resort to anyone looking for a truly welcoming and memorable experience. Stayed at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort while attending a conference and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed with great amenities and a relaxing ambiance — ideal after a long day of meetings. The conference facilities were impressive. Meeting rooms were large, well-lit, and equipped with everything needed for professional events. The service staff was attentive and efficient throughout the sessions. One thing to note is the unusual building layout. The main lobby is actually on the second floor, and to reach certain floors like the third, you need to switch elevators at the back of the hotel — a bit inconvenient if you’re in a rush or carrying equipment. Also, the flooring in some parts of the hotel (like corridors and elevator lobbies) could use a refresh or a more functional design. That said, the location is excellent — connected to Beachwalk Mall and right across from Kuta Beach. Perfect for a mix of work and leisure. Would definitely recommend it for conferences, business stays, or anyone looking for a central and upscale experience in Kuta

There is a huge balcony in our suite and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and sounds of the ocean waves. Downside is the noise from the street. Unbeatable location if you like Kuta. Breakfast selection is disappointing. Although our package includes breakfast, we opt to eat out from second day onwards. Pool is quite small.
