The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Well maintained and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I do however suggest a mat for the shower. The floors get so slippery in the shower once you use soap. We slid so bad we had images of falling through the glass doors. The title is like a glass cutting board material. That was the only thing that could use improvement. Wonderful stay! I will absolutely be back.

Stayed for 6 days and had excellent service throughout. The room was spacious and had a great view of the Charles river. Location is really convenient for getting out to explore Boston, within walking distance to Boston Common. Also had T stations and bus stops nearby and the public transport was super easy to use. Good pool and gym facilities, rooms we’re well keep, clean and modern. Plenty of power points including USB ports, which are instituted helpful for international travellers not needing to worry too much about travel plus adapters.

I experienced an issue with the Cab from the airport that dropped me off, and his inability to keep his temper or his hands to himself The staff was able to assist and ensure that I was ok and not needing further assistance. Rooms are good, location is better and Staff is excellent. Attached to a fantastic shopping center with upscale shops and restaurants. Thank you again for the assistance and Tell your mother I said "Hello".
