Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel

In a single trip I experienced both the worst and best airport hotels. This was by far the best. And other airport hotels should take note. This is how you run an airport hotel. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Only shame is that I was here for a short layover. Wish I could have stayed longer. Extremely accommodating, kind and hospitality driven. And it’s only 39 steps from the arrivals. Incredible. So much about this hotel was just so comfortable you would never imagine it was an airport hotel. Great staff, cozy rooms, excellent lounge and so much more. Thank you very much for the hospitality!!

Airports hotel serves usually their main purpose by being close to the terminals, and this Sheraton definitely does the job, being literally feet away from the departure terminal. It is a good hotel overall, rooms are clean and comfortable with good bedding, only remark will be on bathroom cleanness, they might need a light revamp and cleaning. The restaurant downstairs does the job and offer a good menu. Also should you forget something such as water, tooth past or other basics, they have a 24/7 self served supermarket in the lobby.

The hotel is a typical airport hotel. You can reach the hotel entrance directly by taking the elevator from the arrivals section of the airport to the upper floor. It takes about 5-10 minutes to reach the hotel entrance from the arrivals section and you can easily walk with your luggage. As a first impression, the gentleman at the reception of the hotel, I don't know his name but he was quite rude, I have never met someone so rude before. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and furnished with old-fashioned furniture but they were quite functional. The bathroom was spacious enough. The rooms offered products such as tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. I didn't like the hotel's breakfast very much but the coffee in the breakfast section is very delicious. There is a gym open 24 hours a day and the gym was quite sufficient. Since the hotel entrance directly faces the airport departures section, it takes about 1 minute to reach the airport from the hotel before your flight.
