During my stay at this hotel, one person truly stood out and made a lasting impression — Michael at the reception desk (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). I travel a lot, and I’ve stayed in countless hotels across different countries. But I can honestly say that I have rarely met someone as kind, genuine, and attentive as Michael. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome and cared for. He listened, offered help without me even asking, and treated every guest with warmth and respect. There’s a special kind of energy in people who truly love what they do — and Michael has it. He brought a sense of calm and humanity that’s often missing in busy hotel environments. He’s a true gem and a credit to the hotel. I sincerely hope the management recognizes the value he brings to the guest experience.
Very good hotel. Location is excellent. Very centralized. Near everything. Rooms are good as well. Comfortable. Clean. Service is good. The weakest point is breakfast. It has to improve. MORE options. More choice. At the moment= breakfast stands between 3 stars to 4 stars. It Needs urgently a large improvement. Location, service, and room gets 5 stars from me. Lovely spa, breakfast was heavenly and the gym was real nice to workout in. Beds were very soft and comfortable, shoutout to the reception desk for being patient and understanding throughout my stay. The hotel lives up to its glorious reputation.
