Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel and Convention Center

The customer was such great. The concierge Mr. Gustavo Gallo helped me a lot. He made phone calls for me to Tango Show company many times to solve my problems because I couldn’t speak Spanish. He was busy but he never refused to help me. Under his efforts, I received the refund from the company. I deeply appreciate his support. I had wonderful time during my two nights stay. The breakfast had lots of selections. The location is very convenient. The facilities are a bit of old, but they maintained very well. It’s a really five-star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you don’t speak Spanish.

While this Sheraton offers a superior experience to what you might find at an average US Sheraton, it falls short when compared to its Turkish counterparts. Nevertheless, it ultimately meets expectations, which I consider a good outcome. Today, I have experienced creppe. It's quite a show. I added a video.

Very disappointing experience. The rooms feel outdated, but the worst part was the spa service. I got burned during the hot stone massage, and the therapist clearly had no idea what she was doing. she spent 80 minutes just rubbing my back with no real technique. I was told I would be refunded, but they never sent me the invoice to verify it. Completely unprofessional and not what you’d expect from a Sheraton Hotel
