Sheraton Buganvilias Puerto Vallarta

I like how close it is to downtown. I stayed a few months at the Marriott spa where you get champagne when you checked in I like the alcohol free red drink Sheraton served is so good. The staff is so accommodating. Example I did not my room view the bellhop person called and got my room changed with no hassle. Loved the bracelet key. You can shower with it and I did and it worked after.

Very very nice hotel! Great experience! Kid friendly! Service was AMAZING! Rooms were very clean. Great views definitely recommend staying here! Will be returning very soon! We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to down town. Easy transportation from the air port. Spa was incredible. Restaurants were amazing! Always cleaning up around. 10/10 !!!!

The pools were excellent and overall we had a great time. But the food was horrific everywhere AND expensive. The only exception was room service. At the buffet for dinner, there were bugs all over the fruit. For the morning buffet, same thing except only on one specific fruit and not all the fruit. Disgusting. And again, food tastes horrible for the expensive price. Plus, they basically force you to go through their time shares sales pitch. It took us an hour to get out of it. It feels like everyone in the front works for the timeshare. The spa was nice and relaxing. They bring you around to each station, instead of having free range, but it was still nice. Overall, not such a great experience and I would never come back here.
