Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa

The hotel is wonderful, but what sets it apart, is the amazing customer care. Liz at the front desk went above and beyond to provide our family an excellent and memorable experience. She was warm, friendly, empathetic, and so helpful. She went over and above to care for us. We love this property along with its great relationship with its sister properties. The grounds are very peaceful and beautiful, and the rooms are tidy and spacious. We loved how accommodating they were to make sure we felt comfortable even with the construction going on. We have loved our experiences with the Sheraton hotels and this one continued to display the company’s high value for customer care, cleanliness, and wonderful experiences.

Another fantastic stay for my kids and me! This visit was made truly special by Guillermo at the front desk. We were celebrating my summer babies' birthdays, and he went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The kids had a blast at the pool and loved the tie-dye activity the hotel offered. We can't wait to come back!

I liked this hotel. Service was friendly, beds were comfy and the hot water stayed hot for a long period of time. They do have a cute bonfire area at night which came in handy for those chilly nights. The outside restaurant seating had heat warmers which was a plus and the pool was nice. Also the private entrance to Legoland was a plus. The only downside for me was no walking distance for food/stores. I didn't want to have to use Uber all the time. I would stay again.
