Sheraton Cavalier Calgary Hotel

Hotel was a great choice to spend a night with our 3 year old and dog. Upon check in, front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pool is large and features a regular pool with different depths, a shallow (and warm) kids pool, 2 water slides and 2 hot tubs. Pools were clean and I was impressed to find one of the hot tubs and kids pool drained the next morning for cleaning. Variety of restaurants but we only ate breakfast in the Colors Bistro - staff were amazing. Tobby was welcoming and Stacey was an excellent server. They have a buffet and menu option. 5 and under are free for the buffet. Bonus is that it’s 12pm for checkout.. so it gives you time to swim once more time before heading out. Would stay here again.

Such a clean and beautiful hotel. Very cozy beds, nice amenities in the bathroom as well as an incredible little pool area with water slides, 2 hot tubs, a pool and cafeteria area(that has great food). The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We have just loved it here and would love to stay for more than one night! Highly recommend! Going to check out the restaurants they have on site tonight as well.

Looks older on the outside, but modern and clean on the inside. Room was bright, airy, spacious (for a 2 queen bed room) and clean. We peeked at the pool (entrance is on the 2nd floor but there is also an entrance on the main floor that you need to ask front desk about) but it was so busy and chaotic looking for us (we prefer pool space and a little less busy) so we never went in. All the families looked like they were enjoying themselves though! Our room had a safe and a mini fridge. The hotel is near the airport and we had a corner room (or it was the end of the hallway) and could see the planes coming in, but it wasn’t loud like some other hotels where you can hear the planes.
