My family and I stayed in a room with a Queen Bed and Club Lounge access—Room 3443. The window was massive, offering a stunning view of Nathan Phillips Square. Although the room itself felt a bit tight, the overall experience was wonderful. The pool was spacious, and my children truly enjoyed their time there. One of the highlights of our stay was the evening lounge, which exceeded our expectations. The food selection was impressive, including a variety of Indian dishes and several other international options. I particularly appreciated the snack bar across from the lounge, where guests could enjoy unlimited beverages such as water, soft drinks, coffee, and tea. The hotel’s partnership with Starbucks was another pleasant surprise. I loved that they offered Starbucks hot chocolate and milk, which my kids absolutely enjoyed. If I recall correctly, the lounge operates from 5 PM to 8:30 PM and is located on the 43rd floor. The view from the lounge was truly breathtaking—you could see the city skyline and Nathan Phillips Square in all its glory. There were plenty of tables and couches by the floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing guests to dine while soaking in the view. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening from that vantage point was an unforgettable experience.

Loved the hotel for its location and proximity to all the attractions. The hotel and the rooms were neat and clean. its an older building, and that shows in the room and decor. I wish the floors were not carpet, easier with kids. We opted to park in the deck right across the street and were happy with that choice. We had a room with a view of Nathan's Square, which was a good spot to people-watch. The walls are thin, and we could hear voices and noises from the corridor. We requested for a crib and they provided one with a mattress.

We stayed at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel in early July for about a week. The staff upgraded us to a room with a view of the Toronto sign. It was great at first, but with the Middle Eastern Food Festival happening during the weekend, it was a bit noisy until 11pm on both Friday and Saturday nights. As a result, we didn't get much rest on those days. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfy. However, the pillows were either too stiff or too soft, making them uncomfortable. The toilet paper was very rough; I wish they would consider providing something more decent for their guests' delicate skin. The hand wash, body wash, and hair shampoo all smelled and felt the same. Not only were they very drying on my skin, but the scent was also far too strong. I smelled as if I had sprayed a whole bottle of cologne after showering, which I didn't like. The location was good. It's connected to the Path, making it easy to walk around without going outside during the heatwave. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
