Big hotel located directly in front of the ski slopes. The hotel offered great packages including ski or snowboard equipment for all days you stay at the hotel and the ski passes, entrance to a beautiful hot springs spa center about 10 minutes from the hotel by foot (1x time), entrance to a water park (kids, 1x time). The ski equipment can be rented next door at the west in as is for free if you choose the package. Hotel ist r the newest but we felt comfortable in the spacious room and view in the little mountain. Breakfast is a great choice if Chinese and International dishes. Coffee is good. In General: all hotels in the resort area are great since they are all located directly in front of the slopes. The mountain is great for beginners and a fun thing to see for advanced winter Sportlers and for a day also enough slopes you can discover. It’s still not at all comparable to a slopes area in Europe. 😅
I stayed here in December, booking a package under Spring Tours China. They had mistakenly classified my e-payment room deposit as an expense, and told me it would take 2 days to rectify the situation. Simply put, even now 37 days later, I have yet to receive anything nor an update from them. Other than that, the stay was fine, breakfast was good, rooms clean and they provided a snowmobile transfer service to the slopes.
| haven 't had so many impressions yet . Since | have been a member of the Marriott club for a long time . | 've been to many Marriott Ritz Sheraton hotels . Seeing this , | was shocked . Let 's start in order . It will be very difficult to find English - speaking staff at the hotel ( but these are small things ) . There is no mini bar in the rooms, it is simply locked with a key , | understood that they were just too lazy to count who drank what , juice , water , there is no convenience here . Next , bare wires stick out of the socket for 3 days . The room is falling apart before our eyes ) and we will finish with a terrible view of the roof facade . $ 500 . 2-3 stars would be fine , but it says 5
