I stayed a couple of nights at this hotel, in one of the recently updated rooms. The room was great and contemporary. The only constructive criticism I have about the room is the lack of hot water in the shower. The water never got much warmer than lukewarm, and if it was winter time that would’ve been a huge problem. The fitness center was absolutely phenomenal. I love the signage to the fitness center; the signs made me chuckle. The lounge could use improvement. The coffee machine was in a “cleaning cycle” that never seemed to end, and the quality of the food was awful. There is a great on-site restaurant. Perhaps the lounge's lack of quality was purposeful to encourage people to purchase food in the restaurant. It’s a great marketing technique that I am not sure was intentional.
My stay here has been wonderful. The location is unbeatable, but if anything made my days at this hotel fantastic, it was starting the morning with the unsurpassed attention and the friendly and impeccable service of the restaurant staff. I stayed for five days, and every day they were better than the last. They are the best face of this hotel. My congratulations on having found them. A special thank you to Martha, Deisy, Vicky, Andrea, and Desiré. My children loved them, and we are very grateful for all the thoughtfulness.
We stayed at this hotel for six consecutive days due to an event at the hotel and convention center (In the beginning of July/2025). Everything was fine upon arrival, check-in, and the welcome on the first night. During our stay, my bed was only made once. The room wasn't cleaned, so for six days they only collected the trash. On a couple of occasions, I was left without towels. The cleaning staff is a bit rude, as if it were mandatory to tip them to clean your room. The only day I saw my room clean was the first night because, as I mentioned before, they never cleaned it. On one occasion I tried to order room service and was told they would send me the menu, which never arrived. The restaurant staff was very kind and friendly. When I went down to breakfast with my daughter, I was treated very well. The facilities are nice, nothing fancy. We wanted to use the pool on the second floor, but it was always out of service. The only pool available was the one below, but it was very dirty. Our stay was pleasant, with some major drawbacks, as I mentioned, especially the cleanliness. I stayed with my 4-year-old daughter, and that makes me hesitate to stay at this hotel again. One redeeming feature of the hotel is that it's relatively close to everything. For the amount I paid for the accommodation, I thought it would be a 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, it wasn't.
