Sheraton Dallas Hotel

Robert was very nice and helped take my luggage to my room. Clean rooms! Great restaurants with great food! The Open Market had great snacks/sandwiches and the Open Palette restaurant had awesome buffet's for lunch all three days of the conference! I never had to leave the hotel and that was the best part! Thank you so much!

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Sheraton Downtown Dallas! My wife, three kids, and I checked in on Juneteenth and were immediately impressed by the warm welcome from Freya at the front desk. She greeted us with a smile, explained all the amenities in detail, and made sure we understood the parking options, which made our arrival seamless and stress-free. Friday morning started off perfectly with the breakfast buffet—our server Ray went above and beyond, providing the best service and making sure our family had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is unbeatable; we took a lovely walk past the Dallas Art Museum, stopped at Klyde Warren Park, and ended up at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, all within easy reach. After a fun day, we hopped on the trolley back to the Sheraton and enjoyed a delicious dinner at The Draft restaurant. The lemon pepper and BBQ wings were a hit, and the truffle fries are a must-try! We also made the most of the gym and pool, which were both clean and well-maintained. On Saturday, we took a quick 15-minute ride to the Dallas Zoo, making more great memories with the kids. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to unexpected circumstances, but the staff was understanding and helpful. Overall, the Sheraton Downtown Dallas exceeded our expectations in every way—fantastic service, prime location, and great amenities for families. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas!

Stayed at the Sheraton for a conference and appreciated that everything was under one roof! Rooms were spacious and quiet, beds were comfortable, and the pool was refreshing. The conference space was clearly labeled. Only drawback was the wait for elevators after the sessions. Seemed that not all elevators were in operation. Food from the onsite restaurant was tasty.
