Sheraton Diana Majestic

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Diana Majestic in Milan and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a historic charm that’s hard to find in more modern places. Its best features are definitely the beautiful garden and the outstanding breakfast. The garden feels like a hidden oasis in the middle of the busy city — peaceful, green, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or a drink. It truly adds a special atmosphere to the stay. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection was incredible, with fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes all beautifully presented. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Starting each morning with such a lovely meal in such a beautiful setting was a real treat. The location of the hotel is also excellent, close to the fashion district and easily connected to public transport. It’s perfect for both shopping trips and sightseeing. That said, the rooms could definitely use some renovation, especially the carpets, which looked quite worn and dated. While the room was clean and comfortable overall, the aging decor and fixtures took away a little from the luxury feel you would expect from a Sheraton. A refresh would easily bring the rooms up to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel. Despite that, the service was friendly and efficient, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. I would still recommend the Sheraton Diana Majestic for anyone visiting Milan, especially for the amazing breakfast, the beautiful garden, and the excellent location. Just be aware that the rooms, while charming, might feel a bit tired compared to newer hotels.

Nice quiet hotel with a perfect location, 2 min to metro station, and 2 minutes to train station. If you want to use the tram, it's just out the door. Shops and all types of restaurants minutes away. Friendly staff, fast response. 3rd time and will not be the last.

For the past three years, Sheraton Diana Majestic has been my home whenever I’m in Milan. Nestled in a charming, historic building, the hotel exudes timeless character. The rooms vary in layout, each with its own unique charm—yes, they may be a little aged, but everything works perfectly: from the lighting and TV to the hot water, air conditioning, and heating. I've enjoyed breakfast here several times—an easy-going experience with a semi-buffet setup and unlimited orders from the menu. The service has always been warm and genuine. The ever-helpful friendly porters, and the reception team never fails to greet me with a familiar smile and warm welcome. And it has a beautiful little garden with nice fountain for nice drink after all the meetings and shoppings. The location is incredibly convenient: a tram right in front of the hotel takes you directly to Centrale and the Duomo, while the metro station is just steps away. Plus, you’re surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. It saddens me to say goodbye, especially knowing this iconic property is closing its doors after 25 remarkable years. Thank you to the entire Sheraton Diana Majestic team for taking such wonderful care of me—I will truly miss my Milanese home. I was also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Junior Suite during my last stay—thank you for recognizing me as a regular and loyal Marriott Bonvoy member.
