Overall is a good hotel.As a platinum owner, no lounge but offers simple dinner at the restaurant.The breakfast is great. The hotel is located in a nice park near the theater and art center.
Close to train depot (easy, short walk). Outstanding Customer Service. Room was clean and well kept. Daily housekeeping service. Restaurant and bar/lounge in lobby. No swimming pool 😢. Highly recommended ♥️!
Try not to get a room next to the lift: it’s so noisy and the sound isolation so poor that you will regret it all night. Reception team response: sorry there’s nothing we can do. Well, not offering a space that is clearly not adequate for a customer could be a first step next time.
