This hotel overall is perfect for the views of the falls and being close to everything fun related if you’re traveling with kids. My only knock is the rooms can get warm quick. We had it set 60 the entire day and the first day it was def extremely warm in our room. Assuming people have their balcony doors open and let it heat up. Other than that, the hotel is wonderful.

Great location and view. Rooms were nice size , and clean with bedding & linens very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely! Some of the hotel has been renovated but other parts look dated and worn. You wait long to check in at elevators & valet. Hotel is very convenient and view is spectacular from the 16th floor Enjoyed that you could open the window and hear the Falls. Staff friendly but would skip Italian Restaurant in hotel. Very small portions , overpriced and average service. Lobby is very busy and could be more welcoming.

We booked this hotel six weeks in advance, specifically requesting a room with a nice view—this was a special trip from Quebec with our three children, none of whom had ever seen Niagara Falls. We were hoping to make it memorable. Instead, we arrived to find a room with no view at all—NOT EVEN A WINDOW (Something that was never mentioned in the listing.) The room was advertised as suitable for five guests, but there were only two beds, no sofa, and no space to fit a cot. We were given just three towels for five people, and even after requesting more, they never came. On top of that, almost everything you'd expect to be standard was considered an "upgrade"—which felt incredibly frustrating after already paying a premium price (example: seating at the pool) We also asked for a luggage cart to help bring in our bags from the parking garage, but it never arrived. We were later told the carts were reserved for VIP guests only. We had to make multiple trips back and forth - managing all the luggage and children too young to stay on their own. We barely slept. We tried to go to the pool once, it was overcrowded and out of towels. The whole experience was uncomfortable, chaotic, and a major letdown. Before writing this review, I reached out to Customer Service in hopes they would make things right—but I never heard back. Sadly, I spent most of our time at the Falls looking up other hotels and wishing we had stayed somewhere else. I would not recommend this hotel—especially not to families looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.
